Orders & Shipping
Domestic orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on destination. All orders include tracking information.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs fees and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders over $100 include shipping insurance at no additional cost. For orders under $100, insurance can be added at for a small fee. Contact us for more information
Every piece is carefully wrapped and placed in a custom-fit box with additional padding. Our individual packaging is designed to protect your figure during transit.
Products & Quality
Our figures are 3D printed using premium PLA or PETG based on design and color requirements. Each piece is then assembled, hand-finished and individually inspected before being cleared for sale.
Unless specifically noted, our figures ship printed in the designed color. This allows collectors to display as-is. Painted uncolored editions are occasionally offered as special releases.
Limited edition pieces are produced in predetermined quantities, for specific season or events. These pieces may typically be larger in size, glow in the dark or have special features like exchangeable parts.
Keep figures out of direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Dust with a soft, dry brush. Avoid using water or cleaning solutions directly on the figure. Handle by the base when possible.
Returns & Support
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged, claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Custom orders and sale items are final sale. Please contact us before initiating a return.
Contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether through replacement or refund. Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check order status by contacting us with your order number.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App Pay through our secure Square checkout.
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Square's PCI-compliant payment system. We never store your full credit card information on our servers.
