Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • × Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • × Items that have been painted, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • × Items without original packaging

How to Initiate a Return

  1. 1. Contact us at support@relicformstudios.com with your order number
  2. 2. Include reason for requesting a return and photos of the item
  3. 3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. 4. Ship item back in original packaging
  5. 5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • • Photos of the damage
  • • Photos of the packaging
  • • Your order number

We'll work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
